Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Chief of Staff supporting the President, International and helping drive the priorities of Fanatics Collectibles across Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Acting as a strategic and operational partner to the President, this role combines business planning, financial insight, strong judgment and hands-on execution.
This person will help run the operating cadence for the international business, turn strategy into clear actions and keep regional and global teams aligned. The role works closely with leaders across the Company, and will lead important projects on behalf of the President.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Decision Support and President Enablement
- Partner closely with the President to shape, challenge and communicate the strategy and priorities for the international business, with clear tradeoffs, timing and ownership.
- Support the President on complex decisions by framing the issues, gathering input and presenting clear options and recommendations.
- Lead preparation for executive reviews, leadership meetings, offsites and major partner discussions, ensuring materials are clear, supported by data and focused on decisions.
- Turn the President's direction into clear objectives, actions and measures of success for the international leadership team.
2. International Alignment and Cross Functional Leadership
- Work across regional leaders and global functions to align priorities, timing and dependencies across Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
- Create clarity on decisions, ownership and escalation paths, and follow through to ensure agreed actions are completed.
- Lead selected cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the President, particularly where work spans markets, regions or global teams.
- Identify risks, gaps or misalignment early and work with the relevant leaders to resolve them.
3. Executive Communication
- Develop clear presentations, updates and business narratives that connect international strategy, performance and priorities.
- Prepare communications and briefing materials for the President for internal and external audiences.
- Keep leadership discussions focused on the most important business issues, decisions and actions.
4. Strategic Initiatives and Special Projects
- Lead a focused set of high-impact projects for the President, which may include growth plans, market expansion, operating model changes and new business opportunities.
- Set clear goals, plans, owners and checkpoints, working closely with regional and functional teams through delivery.
- Review outcomes and lessons learned to improve future planning and execution.
5. Leadership Team Effectiveness
- Partner with the President and People team on leadership effectiveness, organizational priorities and ways of working across the international business.
- Help the international leadership team work effectively across markets, time zones and global functions, with clear communication and accountability.
- Support leaders with planning, executive communication and cross-functional collaboration when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-8 years of experience in strategy, investment banking, or a Chief of Staff role within a complex international organization.
- Experience working closely with senior executives and leading work across multiple regions and functions.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including experience with business planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
- Strong judgment and the ability to work through ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders and move work forward without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing high-quality executive materials.
- Experience in consumer products, sports, entertainment, media, collectibles, marketplaces or technology is preferred.
- Able to work from the London office five days per week and travel internationally from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
