We established Faculty in 2014 because we thought that AI would be the most important technology of our time. Since then, we’ve worked with over 350 global customers to transform their performance through human-centric AI. You can read about our real-world impact here.
We don’t chase hype cycles. We innovate, build and deploy responsible AI which moves the needle - and we know a thing or two about doing it well. We bring an unparalleled depth of technical, product and delivery expertise to our clients who span government, finance, retail, energy, life sciences and defence.
Our business, and reputation, is growing fast and we’re always on the lookout for individuals who share our intellectual curiosity and desire to build a positive legacy through technology.

What you'll be doing
The Head of Marketing elevates and differentiates Faculty through a body of opinionated, authoritative AI storytelling, a distinctive brand, and a library of artefacts that bring our teams’ exceptional work and thinking to life - delivered through a marketing plan tightly aligned to Faculty’s business plan and strategic intent.
Key Deliverables
Storytelling & Differentiation
Build and scale Faculty’s AI storytelling capability by tapping into the exceptional body of knowledge in the business and shaping it into thoughtful perspectives - anchored in Faculty’s world view on AI and informed by the rapidly evolving AI discourse
Own Faculty’s foundational assets: corporate and commercial narratives, sales enablement artefacts, case studies, and canonical presentations - and ensure they are culturally sensitive and travel well
Marketing Strategy & Planning

Sit as a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, shaping decisions that affect the wider function and bringing a marketing lens to the leadership table.
Use data and audience insight to prioritise investment, favouring durable brand equity and growth over vanity metrics.
Marketing Delivery
Execute with purpose and precision: every campaign, launch and piece of content should have a clear reason to exist and a clear standard it's held to.
Set and protect a language standard that is parsimonious and human: no jargon, no filler, no vague futurism, just clear, confident writing that respects the reader.
Digital, Creative & Content Oversight
Oversee digital, creative, events, and content, ensuring every output is intentional, high quality and unmistakably Faculty.
Direct creative development across campaigns, visual identity applications, video and design, holding a high bar for craft.

Partner closely with Marketing and Communications Leadership to develop and deliver integrated strategies.
Lead, coach and develop a team spanning digital, events, creative and brand disciplines, raising individual capability while staying hands-on where your own judgement adds most value.

Lead the team to become truly AI-native - using AI tools to work faster and push craft further, as well as identifying opportunities to deploy AI-enabled marketing tools and skills across the business
Support the international expansion of Faculty, working with regional colleagues to ensure the Faculty brand travels well and adapts where it needs to.

Proven ability to build and own a marketing strategy for an AI business - grounded in a strong AI storytelling narrative and translated into a coherent brand expression

Our Recruitment Ethos
We aim to grow the best team - not the most similar one. We know that diversity of individuals fosters diversity of thought, and that strengthens our principle of seeking truth. And we know from experience that diverse teams deliver better work, relevant to the world in which we live. We’re united by a deep intellectual curiosity and desire to use our abilities for measurable positive impact. We strongly encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, religions and sexual orientations.
If you don’t feel you meet all the requirements, but are excited by the role and know you bring some key strengths, please don't hesitate in applying as you might be right for this role, or other roles. We are open to conversations about part-time hours.
A note on AI: we're happy for you to use it for research and interview prep, but please don't use it to generate answers during live interviews. We also use an AI note-taker (Metaview) in interviews so interviewers can stay present (which you can opt out of just let us know,) and every application is reviewed by a human, never decided by AI.
