e.construct designs structures such as bridges, high-rise design, commercial facilities design, precast concrete engineering, and post-tensioning design. We are a multi-disciplinary engineering design firm with specialized design and value engineering services.  The firm's core work is holistic at its approach, and it has divisions in structural, MEP, Geotechnical, and emerging construction technology such as 3D printing of concrete, technology, and 3D laser scanning.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and preparing concrete and UHPC mix designs and carry out laboratory trial batches
• Conduct laboratory testing of concrete, cement, aggregates, admixtures, and other construction materials in accordance with applicable ASTM standards, approved test procedures, and laboratory requirements
• Record, organize, analyze, and interpret laboratory test data to support the evaluation and optimization of trial mixes and materials
• Assist in investigating abnormal, inconsistent, or unexpected test results and repeat or troubleshoot trials when required under the direction of senior engineers
• Assist with preparing technical and laboratory test reports, presentations, trial summaries, data sheets, and other R&D documentation
• Assist with the preparation, review, and updating of laboratory SOPs, test procedures, checklists, work instructions, and technical documentation
• Operate laboratory testing and measurement equipment in accordance with approved procedures and manufacturers' requirements, and assist with equipment verification, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, test data, sample identification, and traceability while adhering to good laboratory practices
• Participate in R&D meetings and provide updates on ongoing trials, testing activities, observations, and experimental results
• Collaborate with senior R&D engineers and other technical teams to support research, product development, material evaluation, mix optimization, and the implementation of R&D findings
• Participate in technical training and continuous learning programs to deepen knowledge of concrete technology, laboratory testing, materials, and R&D practices
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in mix preparation, data recording, calculations, and reporting of concrete and material properties

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• knowledge of concrete technology,construction materials is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with strong attention to details.
• Eagerness to learn and develop.
