About Dust
Work is being rewritten, and the people holding the pen are the ones who actually run it.
With enterprise-grade governance, flexible model choice, and a collaborative interface for humans and agents to work together, Dust empowers AI Operators at the world’s fastest-moving companies to rewire how work gets done.
With 70%+ weekly active users, people stick with Dust as much as they do with Slack and Notion. We don't get piloted and shelved. We land once, and spread. We're at an exciting stage of our journey, and growing fast.
We're serving great customers like Datadog, 1Password, Cursor, Clay, Vanta and Persona, and aim to x5 our growth by the end of 2026.
Dust is backed by Sequoia with a determined team of optimists (coming from Stripe, OpenAI, and Stanford) who like to focus on users, ship fast, and don't take themselves too seriously while doing so. The Generalist named us among the Future 50.
This Role
The French market is one of Dust’s most important growth levers, and the Marketing team plays a central role in supporting pipeline generation through events, content and account-based activations.
As field marketing specialist, France, you will be the execution owner for Dust’s local Marketing activities. Working closely with the France Marketing Lead, you will turn defined priorities into high-quality events, localized webinars, social media, content and partner marketing activations that support Sales, BDRs and pipeline generation.
The France Marketing Lead owns the strategy, budget, programme selection and priorities. You will own execution, coordination, content delivery and continuous improvement across the French Marketing motion.
You will be part of a growing Marketing team across the US, UK and France, managed by the Global Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Collect feedback, measure performance and document learnings after each activity.
Own French social media and content activation
Own social media execution for Dust around events, campaigns and key French-market topics.
Support AEs with relevant content and messaging for their LinkedIn activity.

Support Growth with French-market content for ABM, webinars and paid campaigns.
Produce or reformat assets such as e-books, landing pages, customer content and campaign materials.
Connect event, content and partner marketing activities to target account engagement and pipeline generation.
Coordinate cross-functional Marketing initiatives
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive Marketing tasks , Build Dust agents and workflows to support research, event preparation, content repurposing, Sales enablement, reporting and follow-up.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, ideally across Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Content Marketing or Product Marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.
End-to-end event ownership with the ability to plan and deliver conferences, executive events and Dust-owned events, from preparation through execution and post-event follow-up.
Strong content and social media skills with experience creating or repurposing content for enterprise audiences across social media, landing pages, customer stories, YouTube, Sales enablement and executive LinkedIn profiles.
Commercial and pipeline mindset with a clear understanding of how events, content and account-based activities support Sales, BDRs, direct pipeline and partner-led growth.
Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken. You can write clearly and accurately, adapt your tone to different audiences and communicate credibly with enterprise executives.
Generalist and hands-on approach. You are comfortable moving between event ownership, content creation, Sales preparation, webinars, campaign assets and operational coordination.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You anticipate needs, manage deadlines reliably and ensure that projects, events and content are properly prepared before launch.
Self-starter mentality. You take initiative, make decisions, solve problems and own outcomes rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You know how to find and coordinate the right people across Marketing, Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, Partnerships and external partners.
Nice to have: Experience marketing to French enterprise or CAC 40 audiences, working with agencies or media partners, supporting paid campaigns, producing webinars or video content, and working with tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace and Figma.

Location
We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris, London, San Francisco, and New York because we value the magic that happens when talented people work closely together.
We have an office-first culture. Some of the best things about building at Dust are the energy, the fast decisions, and the unexpected conversations that unlock a hard problem, which happen because we are in the same room. Being together is not a formality, it is how we do our best work, and it is something we actively protect.
That said, we hire people with strong judgement and we extend that trust to how they manage their time. When working from home makes more sense for what you need to get done that day, we trust you to make that call.
Why Dust
The models are powerful enough. What's missing is the product layer where AI meets how companies actually work. That's what we're building: the infrastructure that lets any team turn scattered knowledge and tools into coordinated execution with agents they build, own, and run themselves.
We use Dust ourselves every day. We get to shape how humans and agents collaborate while solving our own problems with the product we ship. That loop is rare, and it's why we move fast.
If you're excited about defining a new category and want to join a determined team of optimists who focus on users, ship fast, and don't take themselves too seriously, we'd love to talk.
Even if you don't check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and we're more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist.
