Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and market outreach.
- Engage with CXO/CFO-level stakeholders to present and promote business solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and delivery.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address client requirements effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Prepare and share regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports with management.
Key Requirements:
- Graduates/ postgraduates with prior internship experience in Corporate/B2B Sales is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of current business, economic, and market trends with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
- Strong analytical, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and collaborative professional with a willingness to travel as required and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
