About the Role
DriveWealth is hiring a Sales Support Analyst for our Korea office. Reporting directly to the Head of APAC, this role combines high-level executive support with client relationship management and sales enablement. We are looking for mature, dynamic individuals who excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can drive operational and client success across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Executive & Regional Support: Provide strategic leverage and operational support directly to the Head of APAC, managing calendars, travel logistics, expense reports, and regional priorities
- Sales Enablement & Pitch Preparation: Assist in preparing client-facing materials, tailored pitch decks, briefing documents, and market research for sales meetings and partner engagements
- Relationship Management Support: Act as a key liaison for existing APAC client relationships, tracking follow-ups, resolving routine inquiries, and maintaining CRM/pipeline records
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication between APAC leadership, clients, external partners, and global internal teams (product, compliance, operations)
- Workplace Experience: Act as the face of our Seoul office by greeting guests and candidates at reception. You will manage the daily food and beverage operations (team lunches and snacks) and ensure the office environment is organized and professional
- Events: Plan and execute internal and external gatherings, including team onsites, offsites, and partner visits, handling everything from venue sourcing to catering and transportation
- Discretion: Handle sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, sales operations, or executive support within financial services or fintech
- Proven track record supporting client relationships, sales pipelines, and regional business development initiatives in APAC
- High agency and proactive ownership; ability to manage multiple client and internal priorities for executive leadership without prompting
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing high-impact client pitch decks and executive briefings
- Systems-thinking skills and proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Workspace to streamline operational workflows
- Fluent in English and Korean, with exceptional cross-cultural negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- A "force multiplier" mindset, naturally anticipating the needs of the Head of APAC and regional partners
- High emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive commercial, partner, and operational data
Special Knowledge (Nice to Have, But Not Required)
- Understanding of brokerage, capital markets, or wealth management technology landscape in APAC
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams in product, compliance, and legal within financial services
Location
This role is open to candidates in the following locations: Seoul, South Korea - Hybrid; is expected to come into the office on a cadence set by the manager/team.

Pay is generally based on the level, complexity, responsibility, location, and job duties/requirements of the specific position.
