About the role
Set a new pulse for healthcare!
We are looking for an EU Public Affairs Senior Consultant to join the Public Affairs team in Paris.
As an EU Public Affairs Senior Consultant, your mission will be to monitor and analyse EU regulatory developments shaping the future of digital health, and to support Doctolib's engagement strategy at the European level. You will work closely with the EU Public Affairs Lead to monitor relevant EU policy developments, coordinate internal input and support Doctolib’s engagement with European stakeholders. The role spans a broad and fast-moving regulatory landscape, from AI and health data to cybersecurity, cloud and digital sovereignty, and offers direct exposure to the full public affairs cycle, from monitoring and analysis to stakeholder engagement. The position is based in Paris, with regular travel to Brussels and Strasbourg.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Monitor EU legislative and regulatory developments across key policy areas (AI Act, EHDS, GDPR, NIS2, Data Act, cybersecurity and digital sovereignty) and produce timely, actionable analysis for internal stakeholders
Support the preparation of Doctolib's positions, consultation responses and contributions to EU institutions and professional associations
Organise and follow up on meetings with EU institutions, Permanent Representations and European stakeholders, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through
Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Risk and Technology & Product, to foster alignment on EU regulatory topics and translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights
Contribute to Doctolib's engagement with European federations and industry associations, helping to maximise the value of Doctolib's participation and strengthen its visibility at the European level
Coordinate with Public Affairs colleagues in Germany and Italy on cross-border regulatory priorities and shared engagement strategies
Who you are
Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.

Have strong analytical, synthesis and drafting skills, with hands-on experience preparing position papers, consultation responses or institutional meeting reports
Are fluent in both French and English (written and spoken, C1 level or above), with the ability to produce clear and concise content for varied audiences
Now it would be fantastic if you:
Have initial knowledge of European digital and health legislation, such as the AI Act, EHDS, GDPR, NIS2, the Data Act, MDR/IVDR or European cybersecurity legislation
