About the role
Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.
About the Role
The Product Line Sales & Training Specialist (STS) owns the clinical conversion of expansion opportunities within Dandy's existing customer base. Working alongside our PL BDR team, you will serve as the trusted clinical expert who takes a qualified practice from interest through first product line order and early adoption.
This is not a training delivery role. It is a clinical sales and conversion role. Your primary measure of success is new product line activations — practices that place their first order with Dandy and come back for more.
This role includes up to 30% travel for in-practice sales and training.
What You'll Do
Own expansion opportunities from qualified meeting through first order and early adoption
Conduct clinical Q&As, workflow consultations, and follow-up training sessions with prospective expansion practices
Actively help practices identify their first case — don't wait for them to come to you
Follow a defined post-training follow-up sequence until first order is placed or opportunity is closed
Partner with PL BDRs and other internal Dandy teams to receive qualified handoffs and provide feedback on opportunity quality
Achieve monthly and quarterly activation targets for new product line adoption
Maintain deep clinical expertise in Dandy's product offering and digital workflows
What We're Looking For
Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital dental workflows specific to Product Line, or related clinical specialty
Deep technical expertise in product line
Demonstrated success in consultative selling, clinical advising, or practice development
Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a pipeline of post-meeting/training opportunities
Ability to communicate clinical and business value clearly to practice owners and clinical staff
Bonus Points For
Experience in a sales, practice development, or quota-carrying clinical role
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
Relentlessly positive attitude and strong sense of humor
