Title: Assistant Director of Nursing
Job Duties: The Assistant Director will coordinate aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. You will contribute to ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Assistant Director of Nursing Services supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Prefer current licensure in the State of California as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Or Licensed Psych Tech (LPT).
- CPR and first aid certified.
- BSN or master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Meet all applicable regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5-TR, NANDA, psychosocial, PSR, and recovery principles.

About the Campus: Our services at the San Francisco Healing Center support each client to recover with an enhanced sense of resilience, accessing a wide range of wellness tools and staff support. The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope, empowerment, community/natural support inclusion, and realized potential in each client, as well as psychiatric stabilization.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
