We’re looking for someone with expertise translating corporate narratives, messaging frameworks, and thought leadership content into social-first content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and credibility among MSPs, customers, and technology professionals.
This role focuses on enterprise brand execution, operational efficiency, and field marketing amplification. The ideal candidate leverages modern marketing workflows, combining deep expertise in enterprise management platforms like Sprinklr with cutting-edge AI tools to automate operations, synthesize insights, and deliver high-impact digital and experiential content at scale.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B social media strategy across core corporate social channels, ensuring messaging aligns with established narrative framework, company goals, and defined buyer personas.
- Own day-to-day platform governance, publishing, listening, and reporting using Sprinklr as the central enterprise management tool.
- Implement and refine AI-driven workflows (e.g., automated tagging, LLM copywriting, smart scheduling, social listening summarization) to maximize speed to market and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute experiential social marketing strategies for major events to extend event reach.
- Identify opportunities to create, curate, and optimize high-quality short-form content in collaboration with the broader brand team, tailored to IT professionals, MSP owners, and tech leaders.
- Monitor and nurture the online community, engaging authentically with technical decision-makers and responding to mentions and inquiries.
- Support executive thought leadership programs by developing and executing social content that amplifies specific executive perspectives, thought leadership assets, media engagements, and strategic company narratives.
- Lead employee advocacy initiatives to empower colleagues and SMEs to amplify key company narratives.
- Partner with Corporate Communications colleagues and executive stakeholders to support executive social presence, including content planning, platform optimization, and amplification of speaking engagements, media coverage, and thought leadership assets.
- Use analytics to track channel performance, competitive sentiment, and share of voice, consistently delivering actionable insights and reporting on an established cadence.
- Proactively track, evaluate, and test emerging social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform feature changes to continuously optimize channel performance and keep the social strategy ahead of industry shifts.
- Design and deliver structured social selling and social advocacy training programs for sales and SMEs, empowering teammates with best practices, profile optimization tips, and toolkits to expand brand reach.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
- Deep experience across core social channels: LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram required. Reddit is a plus.
- Hands-on expertise using Sprinklr (Publishing, Listening, and Analytics modules) in an enterprise B2B environment.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Sprinklr Copilot) into daily social media operations to drive efficiency.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology concepts and the ability to translate complex IT capabilities into compelling, clear social messaging.
- Plan and execute event and community-based social activation strategies to extend the reach of executive thought leadership, keynotes, partner stories, and major company initiatives.
- Excellent B2B copywriting, editing, and content curation skills tailored specifically for professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret engagement metrics, social listening data, and ROI for business leadership and provide strong recommendations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaborative ties across cross-functional marketing and broader teams.
- Ability to train, coach, and enable non-marketing teams on social selling best practices and professional networking tactics.
- Demonstrated proactivity and self-starter mindset, with a track record of independently identifying social performance gaps, experimenting with new content formats, and bringing data-backed ideas to leadership.
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6+ years of dedicated social media management experience within B2B technology or SaaS sector.
- Experience engaging technical audiences (e.g., IT directors, systems administrators, MSPs, or enterprise tech leaders).
