About the role
About the Role
This is the first dedicated GTM hire at a Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI startup building agents that automate complex system implementations, like ERP rollouts and data migrations, cutting timelines from months to days. The CEO currently owns all of sales and there is more inbound than one person can handle, so this role exists to build and scale the pipeline machine from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Define the Ideal Customer Profile and build targeted outbound sequences, lists, and campaigns to consistently fill the pipeline with qualified conversations.
Set up and own the GTM stack, including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and reporting, so that outbound compounds over time rather than depending on individual heroics.
Do the hands-on work too: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, conference floors, whatever produces meetings this week.
Run early-stage marketing efforts including content, product launches, and developer community engagement around an active open-source project.
Run your own discovery calls and demos, with a clear path toward owning full-cycle deals and eventually building a team.
What We're Looking For
2+ years in a GTM role (SDR, BDR, AE, growth, or GTM engineering) at a startup or high-growth B2B company.
A pipeline you personally built, with quantifiable results to show for it, not just support for someone else's outreach.
Proven experience selling to or engaging technical buyers such as CTOs, engineering leads, or IT decision-makers.
Hands-on proficiency with GTM automation and CRM tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, n8n, or equivalents.
Familiarity with enterprise software, APIs, infrastructure, or data platforms.
Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
A demonstrated signal of high achievement, whether academic, professional, competitive, or a project you built.
High ownership, a bias toward action, and comfort operating without a playbook.
Bonus: experience with enterprise systems like ERP or CRM platforms, or with developer community building.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 80,000 to 140,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
