About the Role
We are building an agentic integration platform and are looking for a founding engineer to own the agent layer end to end. You will work closely with the leadership team to ship production systems that enable autonomous, self-improving workflows.
What You'll Do
Own the agent layer end to end including context, self-learning, evals, harnesses, and meta-harnesses
Define patterns for building, measuring, and evolving agents across the platform
Collaborate on hiring and growing a team responsible for agentic systems
Work as a peer to founders and drive relentless experimentation and iteration
What We're Looking For
2 to 9 years of relevant software engineering experience with strong CS fundamentals
Experience building context or self learning systems to improve agent performance from accumulated knowledge
Experience designing autonomous failure detection, diagnosis, or self-healing production workflows
Built agentic software in the last year and focused on implementation engineering that ships working systems
Background in harness centric agent building, context engineering, and eval driven iteration
Deep understanding of agent tracing and evals
Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate in a fast moving, hands on IC role
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 150000-300000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
