About the role
About the Role
This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of enterprise technology and freight operations, where you will own the complete deployment lifecycle for AI agents at enterprise freight forwarders, from signed contract through production launch and scaled rollout. The playbooks and processes you build now will become the foundation for onboarding hundreds of customers as the company grows.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers, managing kickoff, go-live, hypercare, and large-scale rollout phases.
Map customer workflows and configure agents by working directly with stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate system integrations in partnership with engineering and product teams.
Feed customer insights back to product to inform roadmap decisions and improvements.
Build repeatable deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices that compress time-to-value and enable team scaling.
Drive change management and operator training to turn skeptical users into confident AI adopters.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, ideally with enterprise software or AI products in B2B environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full enterprise deployment lifecycle, including integrations, go-live, and hypercare.
Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, including APIs, databases, and system integrations.
Experience navigating complex organizations, building stakeholder trust, and driving consensus across operations, IT, and business teams.
Ability to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences and produce documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
Fluency in English; German language proficiency is a strong plus.
Background spanning at least two of: reasoning about technical systems and AI-agent behavior; freight, supply-chain, or operations domain experience; or structured consulting experience.
Local work authorization in Germany required; visa sponsorship is not available.
Familiarity with AI agents, LLMs, or hands-on software development is a bonus.
Prior exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is a plus.
Location
Berlin, Germany. Hybrid arrangement with a preference for regular in-office presence.
