The Role You’ll Play
ClassPass Corporate helps companies around the world provide employees with a flexible, engaging, and easy-to-use wellness solution. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a high-performing sales team as well as strategic and operational planning in the sales region.
- Strategy Development: You will create a regional potential analysis, use our CRM tools for evaluations, and derive regional sales strategies for further company growth
- Know-how: You will support your team with your expertise in creating customized sales strategies, always keeping regional specificities in mind
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You recognize market opportunities early on and bring in new ideas to continuously optimize our sales strategy
- Leadership: You will lead a team of Corporate Account Executives capable of selling our product to HR decisionmakers, coaching them on sales strategies to foster their success
- Event Planning: You will organize trade fairs and events in the region together with your team and other internal stakeholders
- Collaboration: You will work on project-based collaborations with internal stakeholders, contributing your sales expertise to drive customer success together
- Team Development: You are responsible for the continuous support and development of the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new and existing team members
Experience You Bring
- You have at least 3 years of experience in consultative B2B sales as an individual contributor and at least 3 years of experience leading and managing a field sales team
- You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (a master's degree is an advantage)
- You have a proven track record of building successful sales teams and leading them to success with a clear vision and inspiring leadership
- You can confidently analyze data from CRM systems, identify regional potential, and derive sound sales strategies from it
- You possess strong analytical understanding, convince with your presentation style and negotiation skills, and act independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment and Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to visit and support your team of field reps in person

The goal of the Company's compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $86,475 - $115,300.00 . The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
