About the role
Most independent restaurants have no marketer, no agency, and no time. They have a diner list they've never used and a channel mix they've never optimized. Your job is to close that gap by doing their marketing for them and not by handing them one more thing to manage.
As Senior PM for the Marketing Agent domain, you'll own strategy and execution for how ChowNow markets on behalf of tens of thousands of restaurants. You'll take a product that today asks an owner to configure campaigns and evolve it into one that proposes them, runs them, and proves what they earned.
This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Product and will own the domain outright; No direct reports.
This is a remote role based in the United States. Please note: ChowNow is not eligible to employ in every state and the recruiting team will confirm location and eligibility before moving past initial stages. WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT YOU: You put restaurants first. You deeply understand the importance of local restaurants and put them at the center of everything you do. You aim to help them not only survive but thrive. You celebrate diversity. You recognize that diversity and inclusivity matter. You’re committed to progress, which means everyone gets the support and resources they need, no matter who they are. You have an ability to listen to other team members' ideas and can thrive in an environment that embraces individuality. Everyone’s voice counts. You raise your hand. You consistently go above and beyond what is asked of you. You help your peers accomplish their tasks while also excelling at accomplishing your own. When you have a smart idea, you raise your hand and share it. You keep reaching. You set clear ambitious goals. You don’t allow yourself to become complacent with where you’re at and what you’ve done, so you seek out new opportunities and challenges. What You'll Own:
- Campaign creation and automation across email and SMS
- The diner database and consent model. Restaurants own their diner relationships on ChowNow, and you own what makes them usable
- The agentic layer that turns a restaurant's data into marketing action without adding work to their day
- Marketing measurement. You'll set the company standard for incrementality and hold the org to it
- Activation. A campaign tool nobody turns on is a tool that doesn't exist, so adoption is your problem, not a GTM handoff
You Should Apply If:
- You have 5+ years of product management experience, including products you owned from problem definition through launch
- You have hands-on experience with lifecycle or campaign products. Email, SMS, CRM, automation, or segmentation, in something you shipped and then operated
- You have hands-on experience building with AI or agents. Shipped work rather than experiments
- You have working fluency in SQL and product analytics. You pull and interpret your own data
- You have experience owning metrics where attribution was contested, and defending a measurement approach to stakeholders
