Manager (Human Capital Management)

We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our Human Capital Management team. As part of the team, you are entrusted with the responsibility of managing, coordination, and stewarding CSIT's resources effectively and efficiently. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, develop and implement strategies to enable smooth operations and achieve long-term mission success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in implementing policy/initiatives
• Oversee and drive process reviews
• Establish and maintain strong partnership with senior management in the community
• Perform staffer role to support senior management in delivering the outcomes
• Administer end-to-end appointment process for the community, including panel scheduling, collation of panel results, seeking endorsement of result and admin follow up with HR Department on the appointment
• Represent community in working-level policy discussion with stakeholders

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

• Background in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related discipline with at least 6 to 8 years of working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good analytical and planning skills - able to multi-task and manage priorities
• Able to work independently and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
