The Role
This role supports the analytics function for GT’s Living Foods, a fast-moving, multi-brand consumer portfolio spanning brand, media, and sales outcomes.
The Supervisor is responsible for executing measurement initiatives, managing campaign reporting, maintaining data quality, and translating performance into clear insights and recommendations that inform optimization and future investment decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute full-funnel measurement approach aligned to campaign and business objectives as directed by the Associate Director of Analytics
- Establish campaign KPIs and measurement plans in collaboration with strategy and channel teams
- Analyze campaign performance across media delivery, brand lift, conversion, sales, and MMM outputs
- Apply foundational statistical concepts such as confidence intervals, statistical significance, benchmark comparison, and trend analysis. Support brand lift, sales lift, incrementality, and test-and-learn programs from feasibility through final readout
- Own the development and delivery of recurring campaign reporting, mid-campaign updates, post-campaign wraps, and ad hoc analyses
- Build concise, client-ready PowerPoint narratives that explain what happened, why it matters, and what should happen next
- Connect media performance with brand health, shopper behavior, retail sales, new-to-brand, conversion value, and ROAS where available
- Maintain reporting calendars, deadlines, review rounds, source files, and final deliverables across concurrent campaigns
- Coordinate with measurement and data partners across feasibility, scoping, setup, tagging, survey development, mapping, reporting, and final interpretation
- Document inputs, assumptions, methodology, limitations, and decisions
- Validate partner outputs, ask informed methodology questions, and troubleshoot discrepancies with internal and external teams
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platform exports, media plans, measurement studies, retail files, and dashboard outputs
- Reconcile dashboard results against source platforms and establish a reliable manual source of truth when automation is incomplete
- Track data issues through resolution and validate fixes before results are used in client reporting
- Collaborate with strategy, investment, activation, ad operations, retail, creative, and account teams
- Serve as a day-to-day analytics contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and measurement partners
- Proactively identify risks, missing inputs, and opportunities before they affect campaign or reporting deadlines
- Create repeatable templates, documentation, and handoff materials that improve consistency and team coverage

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, or a related discipline
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience producing client-ready reporting and recommendations
- Experience with reporting and dashboards; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable tools
- Working knowledge of digital and social media metrics
- Comfort with analyses such as A/B testing, hypothesis testing, p-values, confidence intervals, causal inference, MMM, and incrementality testing
- Understanding of brand lift, attribution, conversion or sales lift, and full-funnel measurement
- CPG experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, written communication, presentation, and project-management skills
- Strong initiative, curiosity, and ability to stay organized across multiple concurrent deadlines
- Ability to work independently, identify ambiguity, and drive cross-functional follow-through
