Job requirements
- Experience Range:
- 2 - 4 years of experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on development with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to address business requirements
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and asynchronous Apex for complex business logic and integrations
- Build, test, and deploy scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and ensure seamless integration with existing Salesforce modules
- Leverage SOQL, data modeling, and flow automation to ensure robust data management and process automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality results within project timelines
- Implement and maintain sharing, security, and access controls in alignment with organizational policies
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction Required Skills:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization
- Salesforce Service Cloud implementation
- Advanced proficiency in Apex programming
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
- Apex triggers and asynchronous Apex
- Visualforce page development
- Salesforce data modeling and SOQL
- Flow automation within Salesforce Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agentforce development
- Proficiency in JavaScript for Salesforce customizations
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for Salesforce development
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform release management Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification Additional Information:
- This role requires working in night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM IST for a long-term managed services project
