Job requirements
- Experience Range: With at least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in technical leadership roles and deep expertise in front-end web development within AI-augmented environments Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications, delivering exceptional user experience and performance
- Architect and own front-end solutions, including reusable component libraries and enterprise UI standards
- Develop high-quality user interfaces using React, Angular, Next.js, or similar frameworks, ensuring accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
- Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python, integrating seamlessly with enterprise systems
- Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding best practices, and technical decision-making to drive engineering excellence
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutions
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, engineering standards, and quality governance
- Partner with AI agents for code generation, testing, documentation, and review activities, leveraging AI-native development tools
- Contribute across all phases of the SDLC: Plan, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, Operate, and Optimize
- Implement automated testing frameworks covering unit, integration, API, and UI testing to ensure code quality and reliability
- Lead cloud-native deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, optimizing for scalability, security, and compliance
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve engineering productivity through AI-driven development practices and automation Required Skills:
- Expert proficiency in React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience building reusable component libraries and enterprise design systems
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and modern UI patterns
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python for backend development
- API development using REST and GraphQL
- Experience integrating front-end applications with enterprise backend services
- Cloud-native development experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
- CI/CD pipeline automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Version control using Git and modern branching strategies
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Workspace, Cursor, or similar platforms Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture
- Experience with Enterprise Design Systems
- Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI platforms, or AI-powered applications
- Understanding of observability tools, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing
- Experience developing enterprise SaaS applications
- Ability to leverage prompt engineering techniques for software development tasks
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, and human-in-the-loop systems Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Relevant certification such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, or Google Professional Cloud Developer
- Certification in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) or AI-native development tools is a plus
