Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, including 3 or more years specifically focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that address complex business requirements and drive measurable user engagement
• Implement and maintain Experience Data Security Models to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard sensitive information
• Develop, refine, and monitor Experience Dashboards and Insights to provide actionable data visualizations and support business decision-making
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications for Experience Cloud projects
• Lead and mentor technical teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Experience Cloud initiatives
• Configure and customize Experience Cloud components, including sites, themes, and page layouts, to enhance user experience and brand alignment
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Experience Cloud implementations, driving continuous improvement and system reliability
• Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless user journeys

• Implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication protocols within Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with Einstein Analytics for advanced reporting
• Agile project management methodologies applied to Salesforce delivery
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant credential
• Salesforce Certified Architect or equivalent relevant Salesforce certification
