In This Role
The Program Manager will support strategic business operations and high-impact initiatives across a large, complex organization. This individual will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to establish operating rhythms, manage strategic programs, improve processes, and ensure priorities move from planning through execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management with hands-on business operations experience and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, maintain visibility across multiple workstreams, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and translate complex information into clear updates for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate recurring business rhythms, including leadership meetings, program reviews, governance forums, and strategic initiative reviews.
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives and workstreams from planning through implementation.
- Develop project plans, establish milestones, track dependencies, and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to establish requirements, priorities, timelines, and resource needs.
- Identify project risks and blockers, drive issue resolution, and maintain accountability across stakeholders.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, status reports, and communications highlighting progress, risks, decisions, and business outcomes.
- Analyze operational data, processes, and resource requirements to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate discussions with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate project feasibility, prioritize work, and support business decisions.
- Maintain program documentation, governance materials, project artifacts, SharePoint environments, and knowledge repositories.
- Lead process-improvement and special-project initiatives that improve operational effectiveness.
- Balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution across a dynamic organization.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or a closely related function.
- 5–7 years of demonstrated program and project management experience.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting business operations and executive operating rhythms.
- 5–7 years of experience with SharePoint administration and/or knowledge management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations, reporting, dashboards, and program communications.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
- Experience identifying and implementing operational or process improvements.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and proactively solve problems with limited direction.
- Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification.
- Experience leading or supporting organizational change-management initiatives.
- Strong business operations background, particularly within a large or complex organization.
- Experience supporting senior leadership teams and managing recurring executive governance or business-review processes.
- Demonstrated experience improving operational processes and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience working across diverse stakeholder groups and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
Compensation
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $100,000 to $110,000 per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
