Location: San Francisco, CA — Hybrid, onsite 2–3 days per week

We are seeking a Contract Manager to support our client, a large AI technology company. In this role, you will support the deal integrity team with deal flow, managing a high volume of commercial contracts and working closely with enterprise sales teams. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment and leverage AI tools for legal and contracting workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting deal flow and managing a high volume of commercial contracts.
• Working closely with enterprise sales teams to facilitate contracting processes and transactions.
• Managing contracts efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Leveraging technology and AI tools to support legal and contracting workflows.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to help move commercial deals through the contracting process.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Contract Manager supporting enterprise sales teams and commercial deal flow.
• Demonstrated experience managing large volumes of contracts in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technology skills and comfort adopting and leveraging AI tools for legal work.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 2–3 days per week.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Ironclad.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools in legal or contracting workflows.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.  Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.
