The Role
- We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to take a leading data role in one of AutoDS’s key revenue growth engines.
- You’ll own marketing performance analysis end-to-end — from acquisition and attribution to conversion, revenue, and LTV — and work closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, and company leadership.
- You’ll analyze large-scale campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Affiliates, and other channels, identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing investment, and directly influence ROI and revenue.
- You’ll also be part of AutoDS’s AI-driven data transformation, working closely with Agentic AI solutions and helping us build smarter ways to turn data into decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, preferably in Gaming, Online, E-commerce, or another high-volume B2C company.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience with BI tools; Tableau is a plus.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CAC/CPA, LTV, ARPU, and conversion rates.
- Proven experience analyzing multi-channel acquisition and marketing funnels.
- Experience with attribution, cohort analysis, segmentation, forecasting, and A/B testing.
- Hands-on experience working with Agentic AI for data and analytics — using AI agents to explore data, accelerate analysis, automate analytical workflows,Strong business understanding and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
