How You Will Make an Impact:
The Load Out Technician plays an important role in keeping our logistics operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently. In this position, you will remotely coordinate truck loading activities, communicate with drivers, maintain accurate shipment information, and help ensure products move through the load-out process smoothly.
This role is a great fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced operational environment.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and monitor truck loading operations remotely, ensuring established procedures and safety requirements are followed
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to truck drivers and logistics partners throughout the load-out process
- Accurately enter truck, driver, and shipment information and maintain required documentation
- Follow established manual processes to keep operations moving when systems are unavailable
- Perform and document daily inspections and promptly escalate safety, equipment, or operational concerns
- Assist with troubleshooting operational, system, or equipment issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams when additional support is needed
- Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and operations partners to help minimize delays and maintain efficient throughput
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, entering data accurately, and learning new systems
- Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Schedule/Work Arrangement
- This role is based onsite at our Austin, TX office
- $18.00/hour with built-in overtime
- 12-hour shifts
- 7 days on / 7 days off — work seven consecutive days followed by seven consecutive days off, giving you a full week off every other week
