2026 NY Women's Insights Day

We are inviting a small cohort of exceptional women and women-identifying students to attend our 2026 NY Women’s Insight Day. Participants will learn more about the firm, hear from the senior leaders, meet and network with bankers. Select participants will receive a guaranteed first-round interview for the Ardea Partners’ 2028 summer internship program.

Who You Are

Applicants are expected to possess the following attributes:

•Exceptional academic credentials;

•Self starter with an ability to grasp new concepts quickly;

•Excellent oral and written communication skills;

•Analytical mindset with an eye for details;

•A good understanding of financial statements and commercial acumen;

•Maturity and comfort with working in a fast-paced, demanding, and collaborative environment;

•A demonstrable interest in M&A

 

To qualify as a participant for Ardea’s 2026 Women’s Insight Day in New York, you must:

1. Identify as a female student

2. Be enrolled in an undergraduate program, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2028 and July 2029
