Position Summary
Antora is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to join our People Operations team on a contract basis during a period of active process improvement. Beyond day-to-day coordination, this person will help modernize how recruiting runs at Antora — consolidating our recruitment documentation into an indexed, easy-to-navigate library, keeping interview training compliance on track, and identifying and implementing process improvements across recruiting coordination. The ideal candidate is exceptionally responsive, tenacious in solving hard problems, precise under pressure, and communicates clearly whether over email, Slack, or in person.
