工作职责

线索挖掘与整理（Leads Generation）
利用多种渠道（官网注册、活动名单、线上表单、第三方平台等）挖掘潜在客户线索，并进行结构化整理与分类。
基于业务画像（行业、公司规模、场景需求等）对线索进行初步甄别与优先级排序，为销售团队提供高质量线索池。


AI 驱动的线索识别与评分
熟练使用和不断优化内部及外部的 AI 工具（如：线索评分模型、意向识别模型、自动标签工具等），提升线索识别与筛选效率。
与数据/产品/运营团队合作，基于业务逻辑不断提出对 线索评分模型 与 客户画像标签 的优化建议。
持续追踪各类 AI 工具的使用效果，通过数据分析不断迭代线索获取和筛选策略。

AI 辅助的触达与培育
使用 AI 辅助写作工具 批量生成并个性化优化触达话术（邮件模版、短信/IM 文案、话术脚本等），提升打开率与回复率。
设计并执行基于 AI 的自动化触达与培育流程（例如：不同意向等级客户的分层触达节奏与内容），提高线索激活率。
通过 A/B Test 和数据复盘，持续优化 AI 生成内容的转化表现。

数据分析与流程优化
定期输出线索漏斗数据分析（线索获取 → 触达 → 激活 → 转化），识别关键瓶颈并提出改进方案。
与销售、市场、运营等团队跨部门协作，打通线索流转流程，提升整体线索生命周期管理效率。
关注行业最佳实践与 AI 在市场/销售领域的应用趋势，并转化为可落地的优化动作。

知识沉淀与团队赋能
建立并持续维护线索获取与 AI 工具使用的 SOP / Playbook。
为销售与营销团队提供关于 AI 工具使用、线索跟进策略等方面的培训与支持。



任职要求

教育与经验
本科及以上学历，专业不限，市场营销、经济、统计、数学、计算机等相关专业优先。
1–3 年及以上 销售运营 / 市场运营 / 线索运营 / 数据运营 相关工作经验，有 B2B、SaaS、金融科技行业经验者优先。
有使用 AI 工具（如 ChatGPT、Claude、Midjourney 等）辅助工作经验者优先；有参与过模型应用/智能评分项目者加分。

技能要求
对 AI 在业务场景中的应用 有明确兴趣和基本理解，愿意持续学习并实践最新工具和方法。
熟练使用 Excel/Google Sheets 进行数据整理和基础分析，有 SQL 经验更佳。
具备良好的逻辑思维与数据敏感度，能够从数据中发现问题和机会，并转化为可执行策略。
具备良好的沟通协作能力，能与销售、市场、产品、数据等多团队高效对接。

个人特质
强烈的结果导向与自驱力，关注线索质量与转化效果，而不仅仅是线索数量。
对新工具、新方法保持好奇，乐于在业务场景中探索 AI 的应用边界。
