Job Overview:
As a Process Server Performance Specialist, you'll own the performance of our process server network — identifying underperforming servers, diagnosing why, and driving measurable improvement through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability. This isn't a quality-check or audit role; it's a hands-on performance-management role focused on getting servers back on track and keeping them there. You'll work daily with performance data, have direct conversations with servers, and partner closely with Recruiting and Leadership to make sure coverage and performance stay aligned.
This position is remote but located in Montana, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support, training and education to process servers that are underperforming based on key metrics
- Create positive and engaging server experience for all underperforming process servers:
- Communicate directly with process servers providing coaching and meaningful feedback
- Field all questions from process servers and resolve blockers
- Ensure process servers understand expectations and the timeframe in which they need to adjust.
- Set clear expectations for underperforming servers
- Review assigned reports daily, reach out to disengaged servers to identify and resolve the reasons they are not attempting jobs timely.
- Hold Servers accountable to directly impact performance
- Track and communicate all blockers to the leadership team
- Work closely with the recruiting department when additional coverage is needed
Qualifications:
- Experience training and/or coaching
- High school diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with Legal Processes is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- The ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements

Pay Range: $15.00 to $15.00 per hour
Schedule - Full-Time, 8am to 5pm PST
