About the Job
As a key growth accelerator, A11 partners with Europe's most ambitious startups and scaleups, corporates and SMBs to connect them with top-tier talent ready to make an impact.
We're looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager (m/f/d) to help build out one of Europe's most ambitious digital product organizations. Our partner company is a leading B2B mobility and payment solutions provider, serving customers in more than 50 countries. Built on over 90 years of continuous growth and innovation, the company has evolved into a market-leading platform with around 2,700 employees, processing €19 billion in transaction Volume. As the business enters its next phase of development, it is investing heavily in data, AI, and technology-enabled commercial excellence to strengthen its market position.
The business recently shifted from a Product Owner model to genuine, outcome-driven Product Management, and its core digital products just moved onto new infrastructure, opening up real room to shape how the organization builds going forward.
You'll own a strategically important product domain end to end, working in a Product Trio with Engineering &Design and operating across multiple teams and initiatives in a business that is actively transforming from a feature-led model into a true, outcome-focused product organization. That transformation is real but still young: the three disciplines exist, but how they actually work together is being redefined right now, which means genuine influence for someone who can bring structure and conviction to the ambiguity, not just execute a pre-built playbook.
In this role, you'll:
- Own a strategically important product domain end to end, from discovery through delivery, across multiple teams and initiatives
- Lead discovery and decision-making in highly ambiguous, cross-team environments, translating business and customer needs into a clear roadmap
- Partner in a Product Trio with Engineering and Design to define, prioritize and ship high-impact features
- Define and own the KPIs for your product area, using them to drive prioritization and demonstrate real outcomes, not just output
- Take ownership beyond your formal remit, proactively surfacing opportunities and risks across the wider product portfolio
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Engineering around your product's roadmap and priorities
- Bring real conviction to prioritization, including the ability to say no, in an environment with heavy cross-team dependencies
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS, digital platform, or B2B tech environment
- A proven track record owning complex product domains in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with the strategic and entrepreneurial thinking to match
- Genuine conviction in outcome-based, user-centric product management, ideally being inspired by the mothododloies of Marty Cagan and Teresa Torres
- Fluent English required; German is a strong plus for day-to-day collaboration with local teams
- Deep hands-on experience with product discovery, experimentation and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior leaders as well as engineering and design peers
- Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling organization that is actively transforming from a feature-led to a product-led operating model
Please note that this position is based close to Düsseldorf. At least three days per week on-site are preferred.
Benefits and Perks:
- Real end-to-end ownership of a strategically important product area from day one
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across a market-leading, international business
- Join a digital product organization mid-transformation, with the opportunity to help shape how it works, not just execute against someone else's roadmap
- Flexible hybrid working, company health management, Jobrad eBike leasing, and parent-child office
- A financially strong, owner-led business with decades of stability now investing heavily in its digital future
