About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to design intuitive, connected, and scalable experiences across Weave’s Digital Forms products. This role will help shape how practices collect information, communicate and collaborate, and manage the tasks and workflows that support their day-to-day operations.
The Senior Product Designer will contribute across the full product lifecycle from problem discovery, customer research, and journey mapping through ideation, interaction design, execution, and iteration while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Markeeting, and other cross-functional teams. This role will help create cohesive experiences across connected workflows, simplify complex operational tasks, and establish scalable UX patterns that can evolve across the broader platform.
We value a diverse range of perspectives and look for designers who can navigate complex problems, understand and advocate for customer needs, bring clarity to ambiguous spaces, and collaborate effectively across disciplines. The ideal candidate will bring strong interaction and visual design skills, product thinking, and a systems mindset to create experiences that are intuitive, efficient, accessible, and impactful for the people who use them.
