Location: Norfolk, Virginia (In Home)
Schedule: M-F 4pm-6pm
Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team, providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism (early intervention, ages 2-6).
Requirements:
RBT Training (40-hour course completed; certification not required)
CPR Training
In-home ABA therapy experience required
Ability to follow strict programming guidelines and handle SIBs (self-injurious behaviors)
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification
Ongoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAs
