Our stack is Python, but strong experience in another language works too! - Strong fundamentals - Data structures, algorithms and object-oriented programming, applied rather than recited - Delivery discipline - Comfortable with testing frameworks, debugging, refactoring, version control and CI/CD pipelines - Data fluency - A working understanding of SQL and document databases - Ownership at pace - You work independently, take business and product ownership and keep moving when requirements evolve - You work AI-first - You will use AI daily here, and we mean daily.
