## About the role

Zafran is looking for a **Senior Talent Acquisition Partner **to join our growing People team and take ownership of hiring across the organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working closely with hiring managers (mostly in R&D), building strong candidate pipelines, and creating an excellent candidate experience.

**What you will do:**

- Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer and closing.

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies.

- Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.

- Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive, professional candidate experience.

- Use recruiting data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve our hiring process.

- Help build and strengthen our employer brand and employee referral programs.

- Partner with the People team on recruiting initiatives and projects.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting, preferably in a startup environment.

- Proven experience recruiting for technical roles is a must.

- Experience recruiting across both R&D and Go-to-Market teams.

- Proven experience recruiting for a variety of technical and business roles.

- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.

- A data-driven and hands-on approach to recruiting.

- Experience working with an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar

- Fluent English and Hebrew.
