You will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and external counsel, providing trusted legal guidance in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys partnering with the business, negotiating complex agreements, and supporting a multinational organisation. **What you'll be doing:** - Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and business partners. - Review and advise on legal documents and commercial arrangements, ensuring alignment with WPP policies and risk frameworks. - Support Requests for Proposal (RFPs), providing legal guidance and identifying contractual risks. - Review contractual terms and policies relating to client engagements and commercial opportunities. - Manage and maintain contract records and legal documentation through internal contract management systems. - Provide regular reporting and updates to regional and global legal teams. - Manage relationships with external law firms and oversee litigation matters where required. - Support corporate governance and corporate legal processes. - Provide guidance on employment-related matters in collaboration with HR and external counsel. - Coordinate contract execution processes and maintain accurate legal records. - Support internal and external audits and compliance activities. **Who you'll be working with:** You’ll work closely with the LATAM Legal Director, partnering with senior leaders and agency teams across WPP’s Media and Creative businesses in Mexico. The role involves regular collaboration with commercial, finance, HR and operational stakeholders, as well as clients, suppliers and external law firms, providing practical legal guidance that supports business growth while managing risk in a fast-paced multinational environment. **What you'll need:** - Qualified lawyer with experience in Corporate and Commercial Law. - Experience gained within a multinational organisation and/or leading law firm. - Media, Marketing and Advertising experience advantageous. - Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. - Excellent understanding of corporate and contract law. - Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives. - Experience managing relationships with external counsel and senior stakeholders. - Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams and markets. - Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. - Advanced written and spoken English. **Who you are:** **You're open*:* **We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
