## About the role

### Part Time Infant Nanny – Port Washington, NY

A welcoming family in Port Washington, NY 11050 (Long Island North Shore) is seeking a gentle and experienced caregiver to support their 4-month-old infant. The mother is currently on maternity leave through December 2026 and looking for an extra set of hands for infant care and light household support in a home with one small dog.

**Schedule:**

- 3 days per week (Monday//Wednesday/Thursday) from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- 10-15 hours per week

**Family Specifications:**

- Smoke-free home

- One small dog in the home

- Mom works/is at home during care hours and values a collaborative environment

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide attentive, safe, and engaging care for a 4-month-old infant

- Support infant development through age-appropriate activities.

- Perform light basic household support (e.g., tidying up after care activities, basic meal/bottle prep for infant)

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience with infant care

- Comfortable working in a home with a small dog

**Compensation:**

- $25–$27 per hour (commensurate with experience)
