## About the role

**This is an internal role at Weekday. Not a role by a client. 

Department:** Recruiter Screening - Operations

**Location:** India (Remote)

**Work Schedule:** 9 hours /day, 6 days /week

**Employment Type:** 6-Month Contract *(High performance converts to an Extension or Full-time)*

**Compensation:** ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 / month fixed + additional performance-based incentive

As a **Talent Operations Associate Consultant**, you will be on the front lines evaluating top-tier talent, conducting research on cutting-edge roles, and running the evaluation engine that connects great candidates with world-class tech companies.

If you are early in your career and looking for a fast-tracked growth opportunity into talent acquisition, startup operations, or people management, **this is your launching pad**.

##### 📈 What Your First 90 Days Look Like

- First 15 Days (Onboard & Learn): Shadow live screening calls, master internal documentation tools, begin independently conducting 15–20 screening calls/day and progressively ramp up screening volume (target: 25–40 calls/day).

- Days 30–60 (Own & Lead): Run high-quality candidate screens independently while taking on POD Lead responsibilities—coaching a sub-team of 2–3 members, tracking daily metrics, and driving corrective actions to ensure target completion.

- Towards 6 Months (Scale & Convert): Help build and mentor your POD team (scaling toward 5 structured PODs across the team) while positioning yourself for contract extension or full-time conversion.
