Join the VA4U team as a proactive, highly organized, and confident Property Sourcing & Off-Market Specialist supporting our growing Buyer’s Agency. This dynamic opportunity is best suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to play a crucial role in sourcing top Australian property opportunities for our clients.

**Role Overview**
Your key mission is to track down high-quality property opportunities—on and off-market—and expertly match these to detailed client briefs. You’ll go beyond traditional channels, actively building relationships with selling agents, prospecting for off-market deals, conducting initial due diligence, and coordinating with a range of stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Search Realestate.com.au and Domain daily; manage property alerts across multiple concurrent client briefs and target suburbs.

- Contact selling agents daily via phone and email to uncover upcoming, pre-market, and off-market opportunities.

- Register with agency databases, follow up with agents, and foster long-term industry relationships to expand our reach in key suburbs.

- Review client briefs meticulously and compare all property options against stated criteria before submitting options for final client review.

- Filter unsuitable properties based on detailed micro-preferences (such as property type, renovation status, finishes, location, suitability for owner-occupiers or investors, etc.).

- Carry out preliminary due diligence: review property sales history, analyse comparable sales, gather relevant details, and identify obvious risks.

- Use property intelligence tools such as PriceFinder, CoreLogic/RP Data, Microburbs, or Archistar for risk checks (flood/bushfire overlays, etc.).

- Maintain accurate CRM records, suburb databases, agent contacts, and active pipelines in Monday.com.

- Coordinate property inspections, building and pest checks, selling agents, property managers, brokers, conveyancers, and provide timely updates to clients by phone and email. **Qualifications & Requirements**

- Previous experience in property sourcing, real estate administration, or within an Australian Buyer’s Agency is highly desirable.

- Hands-on proficiency in Realestate.com.au, Domain, PriceFinder, Archistar, CoreLogic/RP Data, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

- Excellent English communication skills with strong phone confidence for daily agent and service provider interactions.

- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy when sourcing properties to match client briefs.

- Proactive, results-driven mindset: able to handle multiple briefs, prioritize, and independently pursue off-market leads.
