#### Über Uplane

Uplane will die Marketing-Industrie mit AI neu erfinden: Wir entwickeln und betreiben AI-Software, um Performance Marketing schneller, besser und effizienter zu machen. Als AI-fokussierte Marketing Agentur bieten wir Performance Marketing Management als Service an. Wir suchen nach kreativen Köpfen, die unsere Marketing Manager im Alltag bei der Kreativ-Arbeit unterstützen.

#### Deine Rolle

Du produzierst mithilfe unserer AI-Software Creative Content: Static Ads, Video Ads und Landing Pages. Account Management und Kundenkommunikation übernehmen unsere Marketing Manager, du hast den Kopf frei fürs Kreative.

#### Deine Aufgaben

- Du erstellst Static Ads, Video Ads und Landing Pages mit unserer AI-Software, von der Idee bis zum fertigen Asset

- Du produzierst Varianten von dem, was funktioniert, und hast Qualität und Brand-Vorgaben dabei immer im Blick

#### Dein Profil

- Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben

- Du hast ein Gespür für Social Media und Design, und Lust auf Kreativarbeit

- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch

- Du arbeitest eigenständig und zuverlässig

- Du hast Lust, neue AI-Tools zu verwenden**Nice to have:** Erfahrung mit Paid Ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) oder Tools wie Canva, CapCut und Figma. Eigene Content-Projekte? Zeig sie uns gern.

#### Was dich erwartet

- 18-22 € pro Stunde, bis zu 20 Std./Woche (bei Bedarf in den Semesterferien gern mehr)

- Mindestens 3 Monate, Start ab sofort

- Bis Anfang Oktober komplett remote, danach wahlweise remote oder in unserem neuen Berliner Office vor Ort

- Ownership ab Tag 1 und eine steile Lernkurve mit den modernsten AI-Tools
