**About the role:**

This is a full-cycle recruiting role covering hiring across Product, R&D and GTM roles. You'll own searches end to end, from defining the role with a hiring manager through sourcing, screening and offer, working across every function we hire for rather than one specialty.

**What you’ll do:**

- Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process across Product, R&D and GTM roles

- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes

- Proactively source strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals and networks

- Manage the candidate experience from first conversation through offer

- Track recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to continuously improve our process

- Help implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows as the company grows

**What we are looking for:**

- 5+ years full-cycle recruiting at high-growth tech startups with global recruitment experience

- International recruiting experience across Product, Technical and GTM roles, with strong English communication skills

- Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to engage candidates directly in a fast paced recruiting environment

- Familiarity with recruiting software - ATS and AI sourcing tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Metaview, Linkedin Recruiter).

- Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Fluent Hebrew and strong English.
