## About the role

General Executives are responsible for assisting with all of SET Committee events including preparation, promotion, and execution. This position will work closely with the co-chairs and other VPs to advocate for the mission of SET. Tasks include communicating feedback between the VPs and between the student community and our service.

##### Main Responsibilities

- Actively support the VPs and Co-Chairs with their projects

- Contribute with constructive feedback from the student community as a representative of second-year, exchange, and transfer students at Sauder

- Promote SET’s goal in creating a comfortable and inviting environment for all second years, transfers, and exchange students

- Attend all SET events and meetings

##### Time Commitment

3-4 hours/week (may increase leading up to events)

##### Qualifications

- Second-year, transfer, or exchange (Winter Term 1 & 2 commitment) student at the UBC Sauder School of Business

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Willingness to take initiative and approach new opportunities with enthusiasm

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Enthusiastic, personable, and passionate
