**Temus** · Singapore

Apply: https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/temus/jobs/5428046008

## About Temus

Discover how Temus unlocks social and economic value for both private enterprises and the public sector through holistic transformation, enabled by technology.

## About the role

*Temus is a Temasek-backed consulting firm providing digital transformation solutions for the private and public sectors. W**e aspire to be a strategic partner in realising the Singapore Government’s Smart Nation vision. We are headquartered in Singapore and have more than 400 employees across a wide range of disciplines in strategy, design, architecture, technology, data & AI.*

**About the Role**

We are hiring a **Manager, Transformation Consulting** to lead end-to-end digital transformation engagements, from problem framing and solution design through delivery and adoption. This role is intentionally cross-functional and client-facing: you will own the relationship across business, experience, delivery, and change workstreams, partnering directly with senior client stakeholders and leading internal teams to turn complex, ambiguous problems into practical, scalable solutions.

You will lead programmes where AI plays a critical role in reshaping business models, operating structures, workforce design, governance, and ways of working, and you will be the primary voice translating emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable, and responsible outcomes for clients at a senior level.

We operate in a modern delivery model where AI tools are embedded into how we think, design, and deliver. As a Manager, you will set the standard for how your team uses AI to accelerate insight generation, rapid prototyping, delivery execution, and adoption planning, while coaching others to do the same. This role requires strong learning agility, sound judgment under ambiguity, and the ability to lead teams through unclear or shifting problem spaces.

**What You'll Do**

**1) Frame Problems & Define Value**

- Own the framing of ambiguous, high-stakes client challenges into clear objectives and hypotheses

- Identify and prioritise transformation opportunities (e.g., redesigning workflows and job roles in the AI-led era), guiding clients beyond simple task automation

- Define measurable outcomes, success metrics, and value hypotheses, and defend them to senior stakeholders

- Synthesise insights from workshops, research, and data into executive-ready recommendations

**2) Design & Prototype Solutions**

- Lead workshops and co-creation sessions with client stakeholders up to senior leadership level

- Oversee the development of process flows, journey maps, and solution concepts

- Guide rapid prototyping of workflows, experiences, or service improvements, ensuring ideas are validated before scaling

- Champion bold use of AI tools across the team to accelerate design exploration, iteration, and documentation

**3) Enable & Deliver**

- Own translation of business needs into implementable requirements and delivery plans

- Direct collaboration with engineering, data, and platform teams to ensure feasibility and manage trade-offs

- Lead delivery of outcomes through agile sprints and iterative releases, holding the team accountable to quality and pace

- Drive adoption of AI tools across the team to improve delivery speed, quality, and decision-making

**4) Drive Adoption & Change**

- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies for client organisations

- Design and oversee adoption plans and readiness activities

- Guide clients in building internal capability and embedding new ways of working

- Advise clients on responsible AI practices, including governance and change readiness

- Ensure solutions are embedded sustainably into day-to-day operations, with clear ownership handed to the client

**5) Build Capability & Improve Delivery**

- Own the creation and continuous improvement of reusable templates, playbooks, and accelerators

- Lead knowledge-sharing across teams and drive adoption of improved delivery practices

- Stay ahead of emerging tech tools and methods, translating them into pragmatic team-wide practices

- Coach, mentor, and develop junior consultants, building their capability in modern, AI-enabled delivery practices

**What We're Looking For**

**Core Traits**

- Learning agility: learns quickly and models adoption of new tools and approaches for the team

- Curiosity: proactively explores new technologies and asks sharper questions about their organisational implications

- Systems thinking: connects technology, people, process, and governance at a strategic level

- Outcome orientation: drives the team toward measurable impact, not just deliverables

- Comfort with ambiguity: structures unclear, high-stakes problems into actionable plans for others to execute

- Strong communication: confident storytelling, senior stakeholder management, and facilitation

**Core Skills**

- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking, applied at a strategic and team level

- Proven experience in transformation, operating model design, and/or organisational change, including leading workstreams or small teams

- Excellent written and verbal communication, including with senior/executive stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional business and technology stakeholders

- Comfort operating and leading others through ambiguity

- Strong working knowledge of AI concepts and their business application

- A bias toward action, continuous improvement, and developing others

**AI Tool Fluency (Expected)**

We expect a Manager to be comfortable with:

- Using AI tools as part of daily work (analysis, synthesis, documentation, prototyping) and setting standards for team-wide use

- Designing workflows that integrate human and AI decision-making

- Engaging technical teams on AI capabilities and constraints at a solution-design level

- Evaluating and advising clients on where AI changes speed, scale, personalisation, or economics

Deep model development expertise is not required, but strong conceptual and practical fluency, and the ability to advise others on it, is expected.

**Qualifications**

- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, transformation, product, delivery, or change roles, including experience leading workstreams or mentoring junior team members

- Demonstrated experience in modern delivery methods (agile, iterative delivery, design thinking), digital platforms, and AI-enabled workflows

- Prior experience managing client relationships or senior stakeholders directly is preferred

**Why Join Us**

- Work on high-impact transformation programmes at the forefront of AI adoption

- Build a broad, future-ready consulting skillset

- Operate in modern, cross-functional delivery teams

- Help organisations redesign how they operate in an AI-integrated world
