Open your account today. ## About the role **Role:** Product Marketing Manager — Futures & Options **Location:** Chicago, IL – In-Person (3/days week) **Reports to:** Growth Marketing Director Owns product marketing for tastytrade's core, established trading lines for futures and options. Paired one-to-one with the Product Manager (PM) for each trading instrument as the single point of contact for go-to-market and comms on these lines. Focus is always-on adoption of the existing base plus go-to-market for ongoing feature releases that move the needle on usage. **What You'll Do** - Run continuous, always-on adoption campaigns for futures and options — not one-time pushes - Partner with your tagged PM on a rolling feature-release calendar and go-to-market plan for each (in-app, email/push, help content) - Target underused, high-value features to move attach rate and adoption metrics - Segment the active base to prioritize campaigns with the highest impact - Report adoption KPIs regularly; use data to prioritize the next push - Own messaging/positioning for futures and options as a single source of truth for Sales, Support, and Content **What You'll Need** - 4+ years in product marketing (fintech/trading preferred) - Proven record moving adoption/attach-rate metrics - Strong cross-functional partnership with Product - Data-fluent; excellent written communication - Deep familiarity with derivatives (options/futures) trading behavior strongly preferred **Discretionary Performance Bonus:** 8-12% of base salary based on individual and company performance. **Salary Range:** $100,000-$140,000 **Company Perks + Benefits: ** - Performance Bonuses - Stock Purchase Options - Medical/Vision/Dental Benefits - 401k Plan - 20 Paid Vacation Days (plus an additional paid vacation day the month of your birthday!) - 10 Paid Sick Days - Gym Membership Reimbursement - Commuter Benefits - Pet Insurance - Wellness & Mental Health Programs - Charitable Donation Matching - Two Paid Volunteer Days Off - Daily catered lunch when in the office - Full kitchen with snacks and beverages - In-building gym - Shuttle to/from Metra **About IGNA + tasty** IG North America is home to tastytrade, tasty*live*, and tastyfx—a family of brands built to democratize trading and empower individual investors.
