Think again! **Requirements:** **Qualifications & Experience**: - N6/ NCV Level 4 in Health & Safely or Safety in Society - No prior work experience required — this is an entry-level internship **The skills we need:** - Computer Literacy - Strong Attention to Detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Data interpretation and presentation. - Understanding of socioeconomic and public policy issues. - Private Security Sector/SAPS/Armed Forces experience **Attributes required: ** - Collaborative - Creative Energy - Hands on - Have an opinion and voice it - Strong communication skills - Strong problem solving skills **Key responsibilities:** - Collect, analyse, interpret, and present operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. - Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and operational projects in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. - Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety. - Support the development, review, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. - Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions. - Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation. **This is an 18-month contract** **High Level: ** At the Takealot Group, our** **Internship Programme will help you build both technical and soft-skills to launch your career, learning from the best in the business.
