**Requirements:**

**Qualifications & Experience:**

- N6 Certificate in Business Administration

- N6 Certificate in Business Management

- Diploma in Marketing Management

- Diploma in Business Management

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist with daily onboarding and vetting of marketplace leads.

- Manage Zendesk tickets and respond to seller enquiries within SLA timelines.

- Support Salesforce task management and escalate stalled items when necessary.

- Conduct research and assist with process improvement initiatives.

- Maintain accurate data and provide operational support to the Onboarding Coordinator.

**This is an 18-month contract.**
