**Takealot.com**, South Africa's leading online retailer, is looking for a highly talented **HR intern**** **to join our team in **Johannesburg** Distribution Centre.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

**N6 in Human Resource**

The skills we need:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Strong data capturing and administration skills

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Knowledge of applicable SA labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA)

- Understanding of HR functions: recruitment, training, benefits, labour relations

- Strong numerical and analytical skills

- Good organisational and time management skills

- Ability to handle confidential information

**Attributes required: **

- Hands on

- Have an opinion and voice it

- Strong communication skills

- Strong problem solving skills

**Key responsibilities:**

- Filing

- Scanning documents

- HR Administration (assistance with preparation of HR documents, labour broker change forms)

- Management of the onboarding process

- Supporting the HR and business with employee queries

- HR Systems Administration (Axio, Intranet, The hub, Greenhouse)

- Payroll Administration (UI-19, Confirmation of employment, IRP5 etc)

- HR Communication (new starter emails)

- Assisting with CCMA case

- Assistance with HR Projects

**This is an 18- month contract **
