Takealot South Africa's leading online retailer, is looking for a talented** Complaints Administrator Intern** to join our team.

##### Key Responsibilities

- To assist the complaints administrative process and resolution thereof.

- Understand the different departments’ policies and procedures, in order to facilitate investigations and communicate effectively within the expected timelines.

- Understand the delivery process end to end to investigate and resolve logistic escalations, in order to provide and action resolution feedback where applicable to our clients.

- Liaise with the Takealot Fulfilment branches, DC’s, Supply Chain and team leads from respective teams where necessary to drive resolution.

- Liaising with customer service to obtain further information to facilitate investigation resolution.

- Building and maintaining sustainable business relationships amongst stakeholders.

- General organizing and administrative support as required.

- Performs other related duties, in accordance with operational business requirements.

##### Requirements & Qualifications:

- N6

- No prior work experience required — this is an entry-level internship

###### Skills Required:

- Computer Literacy: Be able to utilise computers and digital platforms.

- Software proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Good written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

- Good time management and organisational skills.

- Capability to collect, interpret, and present data.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinker.

- Must be able to respond quickly to ever changing and evolving situations and processes.

- Must be able to work well under pressure with a strong attention to detail.

- Good interpersonal skills - must be able to work well as an individual as well as part of a team.

This is an 18-month contract
