## About the role

#### 募集背景

事業拡大に伴い、採用チームの要となるソーシング体制を強化します。

まずはプレイヤーとしてターゲット人材の発掘から初回アプローチ（スカウト送信）、面談設定までのプロセスを主導していただきます。

将来的にはソーシングチームのリーダーとして、業務委託メンバーのマネジメントや業務標準化を担っていただける方を募集します。

#### 仕事内容

潜在層・顕在層のターゲット人材に対するソーシング業務全般 および ソーシングチームオペレーションの強化を担当していただきます。

#### 【具体的な業務内容】

- ターゲット人材の定義・要件すり合わせ：事業部門や採用担当と連携し、ペルソナを設計

- スカウト媒体の選定・運用：LinkedIn、BizReach、Findy、YOUTRUST等を用いた候補者データベースの検索と分析

- スカウト文面の作成・アプローチ：候補者の経歴や関心に合わせたパーソナライズ文面の作成・送信・フォローアップ

- ソーシングデータの計測・改善：スカウト返信率・面談移行率などのデータ分析と、アプローチ手法のPDCAサイクル運用

- チームマネジメント・レバレッジ（将来的な役割）：アルバイト・パートメンバーのマネジメント・ディレクション（進捗管理、レクチャー、品質管理）

- マニュアル作成やオペレーションの仕組み化・効率化

#### 必須要件

- 人事・採用実務経験、法人営業・キャリアアドバイザー・カスタマーサクセス、コールセンター等の社外折衝経験をお持ちの方（2年以上）

- 定量的な目標に対しプロセスを自ら設計し、継続的に達成してきた実績をお持ちの方

- 不確実な状況下でも目標達成に向けてPDCAサイクルを回し、やり切ることができる行動力をお持ちの方

- 基本的なPCスキル（Word, Excel, Powerpoint, その他ITツール）※自社採用の実務は未経験の方でも人材エージェント等での支援経験や、顧客対応を通じた高いコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方を歓迎します。

#### 雇用形態

契約社員、もしくは業務委託
