## About the role

#### 本ポジションの役割

- 業界・アカウントごとの攻略戦略を立案し、チームのターゲット達成に向けたパイプライン管理とフォーキャスト精度の向上を行う。

- メンバーの商談に同席し、顧客の本質的な課題を特定する問いの立て方や、Tailor Platformの価値を届ける言語化をコーチングする。属人的な営業手法を型化し、組織全体の成約率を底上げする。

- 自ら顧客との接点を創出し、関係を拡張する。チャンピオンを特定し、顧客との強固な関係性を構築する。

- 社内のリソースを活用し、チームとして案件を前進させる構造を設計する

- 顧客のフィードバックをもとに、プロダクト開発、エンジニアリング、マーケティングチームと連携し、市場ニーズに即した製品進化とリード獲得施策をリードする。

- 優秀なセールス人材の採用と、テイラーのバリューを体現する組織文化の醸成を行う。

#### 応募資格（必須）

- 営業チームのマネジメント経験、またはリーダーとして後輩育成に深くコミットした経験

- エンタープライズソフトウェアにおいて、数千万円〜数億円規模のディールを自らクローズした実績

- 説明や決裁プロセスが複雑なエンタープライズ商材の営業経験

- CxOやLoBなど、顧客のエグゼクティブ層やキーマンと密に連携することができる力

- 強力なビジネス開発スキルと戦略的思考能力

- 自主的に行動できるリーダーシップとプロジェクト管理能力

- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語

#### 応募資格（歓迎）

- ERP、CRM、SCM等の大規模な基幹システムの導入、またはリプレイスに携わった経験

- コンサルティングファームでの戦略立案、またはBPR（業務プロセス再設計）の経験

- スタートアップでの営業組織立ち上げや、プロセス構築の経験

#### 求める人物像

- 関係構築力と連鎖性: 複数のキーマンと同時並行で深い信頼関係を構築できる

- 初期精度の高い仮説構築力: 限られた情報から、相手の立場や組織内の役割について精度の高い仮説を立て、対話を通じて即座に更新できる

- 組織理解力: 表に出ない意思決定構造を読み取り、動かすべき人物を特定できる。

- 周囲を巻き込む力（チーム営業）: 適切なタイミングで社内リソースを活用できる

- 自走力（新規開拓）: 待つのではなく、自らの戦略と行動で機会を創出できる。

#### 賃金

- 1,500〜2,500万円

- 当社では、年齢や年次にかかわらず担っていただく役割（ミッション）の大きさとその成果によって報酬を決定するミッショングレード制を採用しています。 入社時のグレードは選考によって決定させていただき、その後のグレードは原則として半期に1回の評価によって決定させていただきます。

#### 昇給・賞与

- 給与改定：年2回

- 半期に1回評価を実施

- 定期的にCEOまたはCTOとの1on1を実施

- 交通費支給（出社日数に応じて経費精算）
