## About the role

#### 本ポジションの役割

顧客ごとにデジタル変革のプロジェクトを企画し、様々なビジネス、テクノロジ、プロセスおよび人々と関わりながら、要件定義・技術的設計と実装・システムデリバリーを通じて、価値を創出することが期待されます。

#### 具体的な業務内容

- ERPシステムの技術的設計と実装

- システム間のインテグレーション

- インフラストラクチャの設計と最適化

- 技術的な問題解決とサポート

#### 必須要件

- ITインフラストラクチャとシステム設計の経験

- ERPシステムの技術的な知識（カスタマイズ、インテグレーション、データベース管理など）

- プログラミングスキル（ABAP、Java、C#など）

- ネットワーク、サーバー、クラウド環境の知識

- 優れた問題解決能力と技術的な分析スキル

- ネイティブレベルの日本語能力

- 日本国内在住の方

#### 歓迎条件

- 特定のERPプラットフォーム（SAP、Oracle、Microsoft Dynamicsなど）の専門知識

- クラウド技術（AWS、Azure、Google Cloudなど）の経験

- セキュリティの知識と経験

- データベース管理（Oracle、SQL Server、MySQLなど）の経験

- DevOpsの知識と経験

#### 賃金

- Consultant：800~1200万円

- Senior：1000~1800万円

- Manager/Partner：応相談当社は、年齢や年次にかかわらず担っていただく役割（ミッション）の大きさとその成果によって報酬を決定するミッショングレード制を採用しています。 入社時のグレードは選考によって決定させて頂き、その後のグレードは原則として半期に1回の評価によって決定させていただきます。

- フレックスタイム制

#### 昇給・賞与

- 給与改定：年2回

- 半期に1回評価を実施

- 定期的にCEOまたはCTOとの1on1を実施

- 希望PC、モニター等の貸与

- 交通費支給（出社日数に応じて経費精算）
