私たちは、AIを活用してERPを民主化し、あらゆる企業の業務課題を解決するために、2つの柱で価値を届けています。

ひとつは、**AI Native Headless ERPプラットフォーム「Tailor Platform™」** の開発です。世界中のビジネスの根幹を支えるERPを、構築方法・エンドユーザーの使い方ともにAI時代を前提とした、柔軟かつ拡張可能なものへと再定義し、企業の価値を最大化することを目指しています。業務ロジックをAI Agent前提で再設計し、人とAIの双方が扱える基幹システムを作る — これが、私たちがこの時代に挑むテーマです。

- 当社は、年齢や年次にかかわらず担っていただく役割（ミッション）の大きさとその成果によって報酬を決定するミッショングレード制を採用しています。 入社時のグレードは選考によって決定させて頂き、その後のグレードは原則として半期に1回の評価によって決定させていただきます。

- 給与改定：年2回

- 半期に1回評価を実施

- 定期的にCEOまたはCTOとの1on1を実施
